THE JUSSKYIA CHRONICLES
BOOK SERIES
Every story has a beginning. This is mine.
JUSSKYIA
The JussKyia Chronicles is my memoir series — the real, unfiltered, faith-covered story of my life told in chronological order from beginning to present. This is not fiction. This is not motivational fluff. This is what actually happened, how God walked through every bit of it with me, and what I learned along the way.
Each book covers a specific season. Each season has its own battles, its own breakthroughs, and its own evidence of a God who never once left my side — even when I couldn't feel Him there.
I write the way I talk. Raw. Honest. No sugarcoating. If you want polished and pretty, this isn't for you. If you want real — pull up a chair.

This is where it all begins.
Age nine — the day I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior — and the journey that followed. Growing up, figuring out who I was, navigating the things no child should have to navigate. Being violated at thirteen and what that did to my understanding of boys, relationships, and my own worth.
From there, the story moves into my first year of college, my first real relationship, and eventually my first marriage — a season that took me to Las Vegas and through more than I ever expected to face. It ends with two miscarriages and the beginning of what would become a long, painful battle with infertility.
Through all of it — every chapter, every crisis, every tear — there was a constant: God. His comfort. His presence. His assurance that He was still there even when everything around me was falling apart. That's why the book is called what it's called. Because even in the darkest chapters, the assurance was blessed.
This is my story. And it starts here.

The Story She Never Got to Tell
This is my mother's story, written from my perspective.
My mother grew up around situations that required her to keep secrets, and she was very good at it. She passed away from pancreatic cancer, and she took the majority of those secrets to the grave with her. From what she displayed, I believe she was very hurt and unhappy, and I believe holding all of that in for so long damaged her.
She was married two times. She did not trust easily, and she didn't open herself up. But she had long-term friendships, and to the people she let in, she was an absolutely good, true friend.
When she displayed unhappiness or anger, it was explosive. She held everything in until enough was enough, and then it all came out at once — and her tongue could rip a person apart. This book is also the story of us — of the ten years we spent estranged because of it.
She loved me dearly. She just didn't know how to show it, or how to tell me. Looking back now, I can see it.
She was complicated. Very, very complicated.
You have to read the book.

LET'S MAKE IT LAST FOREVER
BOOK THREE:
This book picks up exactly where Blessed Assurance left off.
Same story. Same life. Next chapter.
Let's Make It Last Forever continues the journey into my first marriage — the full experience of what that season looked like over the next twelve years. The infertility battle continues. The ups and downs multiply. The lessons get harder and the growth gets deeper.
This is the book where life gets complicated in ways I didn't see coming. But the thread that runs through every page is the same thread that runs through the entire series: God was there. In the confusion, in the disappointment, in the decisions I made and the ones I wish I could take back — He was there. Walking through it with me. Never leaving. Never condemning. Always present.
The title is not ironic. It's the hope every marriage starts with. What happens when that hope meets reality is the story this book tells.

THE JUSSKYIA CHRONICLES JUNIOR SERIES
Book One:
FOR THE BIBLE TELLS ME SO
By JussKyia
Status: COMING JANUARY 2027
Meet Teenie.
The JussKyia Chronicles Junior Series follows Teenie and her friends as they discover, share, and live out their faith. This is the gospel on their level. Not watered down. Not childish. Just presented in a way that meets young people where they are and walks with them through the questions, the discoveries, and the growing pains of believing in God when you're still figuring out who you are.
For the Bible Tells Me So is the first book in the series and lays the foundation: what does it mean to believe? What does faith look like when you're young? How do you share what you believe with your friends without being weird about it?
Teenie is figuring it all out. And she's inviting your kids to figure it out with her.
More books in the Junior Series are planned. This is its own world. This is just the beginning.
