I’m Kyia — life coach, faith-driven encourager, and growth-focused guide — and the heart behind JussKyia LifeStyle Coaching.
My passion is helping people move from confusion to clarity, from stuck patterns to intentional progress, and from self-doubt to grounded identity. I believe meaningful growth happens when truth, reflection, and action come together. My coaching space is built for honest conversation, thoughtful questions, spiritual awareness, and practical forward steps.
My approach is rooted in biblical wisdom, personal growth principles, and real-life experience. I’m not here to impress you with big words or quick fixes. I’m here to walk with you as you untangle what feels heavy, strengthen how you think, and build habits and decisions that support the life you’re called to live.

My entire life has been molded in a way that prepared me for "times such as this". God made me the woman I am and allowed me to face life's challenges head-on — not running, not hiding, but walking through with Him leading the way.
He's allowed me to experience life-changing situations where I've always come out victorious in the light and power of God. And my entire life, He's been preparing me — not just for my own journey, but for yours.
He's been preparing me to actively listen to you and your needs, and to surrender myself to Him so He can use me as a vessel to give you what you need in this moment, at this time in your life.
I am a strong, faithful believer in Jesus Christ and the Word of God. I know Jesus is alive and the Bible is true. My entire life and existence rely on that truth.
I was blessed to become a Registered Nurse (BSN, RN, CCRN, CEN) and spent years working in a Level 1 Trauma ER. There, I learned a lot about the difficulties and challenging times people face — but also the victorious, enlightening, miraculous moments they encounter when God shows up.
I've been blessed with two amazing, challenging kids — a boy and a girl. And in my latter years, I'm happy to proclaim: I'm a crazy cat lady. (Nine cats and counting!)
I've been married and divorced twice, each marriage lasting more than 14 years. I have a lot of insight that I'm excited to use, share, and withhold whenever God calls for it.
So as I enter my sixth decade of living and experiencing life, I look forward to spending these latter years sharing God's Word, encouraging women to live their intentional, purposeful, faith-filled, God-focused lives.
I'm excited to meet you, to build with you, and to inspire us both to live how — and for what — God created us for.

JussKyia LifeStyle Coaching is grounded in Christian faith and biblical truth.
I believe there is one God — Creator of all — eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who came in the flesh, lived without sin, died, and rose again, and through Him reconciliation with God is available.
I believe Scripture is inspired and trustworthy, and that biblical wisdom provides reliable guidance for life, growth, identity, and purpose. I believe some person has inherent value and dignity and is capable of growth and renewal.
Coaching conversations may include faith-based perspective, biblical principles, and spiritual reflection when welcomed by the client. Respect, compassion, and personal responsibility remain central in every coaching relationship.

I believe real growth begins with truth — truth about who you are, where you are, and where God is leading you. My coaching philosophy is grounded in biblical wisdom, personal responsibility, and compassionate accountability. Transformation is not built on pressure or performance, but on clarity, honesty, and intentional action.
Every person has value, purpose, and the capacity to grow. Sometimes what’s needed is not more information, but better reflection, guided structure, and faithful encouragement. My role is not to control your direction, but to walk alongside you as you recognize patterns, strengthen mindset, deepen spiritual awareness, and take practical steps forward.
Coaching with me is conversational, structured, faith-aware, and forward-moving. We focus on identity, emotional health, decision-making, habits, and purpose. I ask thoughtful questions, offer grounded perspective, and help you translate insight into action. Growth should be both spiritually rooted and practically lived out.
You are not behind. You are not disqualified. You are not stuck forever. Growth is possible, and forward is available.
