JUSS LIFE COACHING
God did not intend for us to go through and experience life alone. Sometimes we need help with clarity, focus, accountability, or even just someone to listen. Sometimes once you get it out, you answer your own question. You answer your own dilemma.
So whatever that looks like for you — whether it's a single session, or you realize you need multiple sessions — I am here, with an active listening spirit, led by God. I look forward to us going through this journey together.
God has allowed me to go through multiple life experiences for such a time as this. He did not intend for me to keep all of this to myself. God has blessed me with a spirit of transparency.

52 Weeks. The Logos Journal:
A Selfology Journey
A year-long guided journal for women who want to discover who they are through the lens of who God is. Each week opens with scripture, unveiled through my (JussKyia) real perspective, and gives you space to respond. Know God. Know Yourself. You cannot discover who you are apart from the one who created you.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
1 / What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a structured, forward-focused conversation that helps you gain clarity, improve thinking patterns, and take practical steps toward change. Coaching focuses on present patterns and future direction — not diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
2 / Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace therapy, counseling, or medical care. Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma and treating psychological conditions. Coaching focuses on growth, decisions, habits, and forward movement. If therapeutic care is needed, I will encourage you to seek a licensed professional.
3 / Do you offer faith-based coaching?
Yes. My coaching approach is grounded in Christian principles. I can include Scripture and faith-anchored reflection when requested. However, sessions remain respectful, practical, and client-centered.
4 / How do sessions work?
Sessions are held online by video. Each session is 60 minutes and includes guided conversation, reflection questions, and action steps.
5 / How often should I book sessions?
Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. This creates momentum and accountability while allowing time to apply what we discuss.
6 / What if I need to cancel?
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be charged.
7 / Do you offer refunds?
Single sessions are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Multi-session packages are non-refundable once started but may be rescheduled within the package window.
