You Were Not Created to Figure It Out Alone
By JUSSKYIA

There is something sacred about sitting still. Not scrolling. Not planning. Not doing. Just breathing — and in that quiet, actually being able to hear what the Holy Spirit has been trying to say all along.
I love those moments more than I can explain. Because in the stillness, God speaks.
We Were Made By a Creator — Which Makes Us Creators Too
I was thinking one day about how God is a Creator. And since He created us — for Him, because He loved us, because He wanted us to experience this amazing gift of life — He placed that same creative nature inside of us.
For me that shows up in painting, in gardening, in the longing to nurture life. There is something about putting my hands in the dirt, preparing the soil, planting a tiny seed and watching it grow into something you can actually eat — that feels like a miracle every single time. It connects me to God in a way that is hard to put into words. Because that is exactly what He did with us. He thought of you. He thought of me. From nothing, He spoke — and here we are.
Just think about that for a second.
But We Were Never Meant to Do It Alone
In the midst of all of that — all of His intentionality in creating us — we were never designed to carry this life alone. Not to know it all. Not to pretend like we have it all together. Not to hide the parts of ourselves that feel like weakness or failure.
I want to challenge that narrative. Those sides you are ashamed of? Those are not your weakest sides. Those are the sides where God does His best work. Those are the places where He builds your wisdom, deepens your faith, and grows your capacity to love. You may not enjoy every moment of the process — and that is okay. But if you can keep your focus on the truth that He works all things together for the greater good, you can find peace even in the hard parts.
Even Deborah Knew You Need Somebody
I was recently studying Deborah in the Book of Judges — prophetess, wife, judge. A woman who heard from God and moved without hesitation. And even in her story, nobody went alone. Barak would not go without her. She did not roll her eyes and say "figure it out." She said okay, I'll go. And together, the Lord moved.
That is how God designed it. Fellowship. Relationship. Someone beside you in the journey.
You Deserve a Safe Place
There is going to come a time — maybe it is right now — when you need a safe place. Somewhere you can be vulnerable without fear. Somewhere nobody is going to use what you share against you later.
Somewhere you can say what you actually feel and be heard, really heard.
God has cultivated that gift in me. Empathy. Relatability. The ability to sit with you, listen to you, and help you find what you need in that moment — whether that is clarity, direction, or just someone to be silent with. But it all starts with one thing: honesty. You have to be honest with yourself first. Because if you are not, even being in the room with someone else is a form of being alone.
His Timing Is Perfect — Even When Yours Is Not
I will be honest with you. Even as I was sitting down to write this, I caught myself rushing. Trying to force something. Trying to move ahead of where God actually has me right now. And He checked me — gently, lovingly — and reminded me that the space I am in right now is exactly where He placed me.
I said out loud: Lord, your timing is perfect. And I meant it.
Maybe that is exactly where you are too. Feeling like you should be further along. Feeling like you are not doing enough. Feeling tired, stuck, or unsure of the next step. Can I tell you something? That is not failure. That is an invitation — to stop forcing it and start trusting Him.
And sometimes that trust needs a safe space to grow in. That is what I am here for.
